I am Oliver Jahelka, and I am a YMCA Level 3 certified private trainer with over 20 years of experience as a professional dancer.

As a dancer, I have gained deep knowledge about physical fitness, strength, and flexibility, which I now apply to my sessions. My career as a dancer has also taught me the discipline and focus necessary to achieve fitness goals, which I use to motivate my clients to stick to their fitness plans.

I am particularly interested in nutrition and supplements, and I believe that a healthy diet is essential to achieving fitness goals.

I am known for creating a humorous and laid-back environment. While I hold my clients accountable, I also believe that fitness should be fun and enjoyable.

At the heart of my training philosophy is injury prevention. As a dancer, I understand the importance of taking care of your body and avoiding injury. I will work with you to develop a safe and effective training program that will help you achieve your goals without putting your body at risk.
